If a puzzle, page, app, book, or calculator from Hamilton Digital Media Limited is not behaving the way it should, this page explains how to tell us and what to include so we can investigate.
Support email
We are a two-person company, so support is handled by email rather than a helpdesk. That means a real person reads your message — but it also means the more detail you give us, the faster it gets fixed.

Note which website, app, book, or calculator the problem is on. Include the page address, app name on Google Play, or book title and page number.
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a calculator, include the input values and units so we can repeat the calculation.
Your device, browser or app version, and a screenshot if you can. Bugs can be specific to one browser or one screen size.
Send it all to our support address. There is no ticket system to sign up for and no account to create.
Common problems
Some of these have a quick explanation, and some are genuinely our bug to fix. Either way we would rather hear about it.
Tell us the puzzle, the difficulty, and the solution you entered. If the page shows a puzzle number, seed, or date, include it — that lets us load the exact same puzzle you were solving rather than a similar one.
Most of our puzzle sites keep progress in your browser's local storage on that device. Clearing browsing data, using private windows, switching browsers, or switching devices will usually reset it, because nothing is tied to an account.
Let us know the puzzle type, your paper size, and your browser. Print problems are usually a margin, scaling, or background-graphics setting, and we would rather fix the page than ask you to change your printer settings.
Send the calculator's page address, all input values and selected units, the result shown, and the result you expected. If you compared it with a formula, reference, or another tool, include that too so we can check the assumptions.
Include your Android version, device model, and the app version from the Google Play listing. If the app crashes at a specific point, tell us what you were doing just before it happened.
This is genuinely useful to hear. If a rule made sense to us but not to you, that is our problem to fix, and it is one of the most common things we correct.
Overlapping text, a cut-off puzzle grid, or controls you cannot reach. Tell us your device and screen size, and send a screenshot if you can — this is almost always reproducible once we know the size.

For a problem with a purchase, a delivery, or a refund on a printed puzzle book, contact Amazon directly — they hold the order and we cannot see it. For billing or installation problems that are clearly on the store side, Google Play support will resolve it faster than we can.
