Who This Page Is For

This page is written for parents, carers, grandparents, teachers, and anyone reviewing our puzzle projects on behalf of children. It sits alongside our main privacy policy, which covers BrianHamilton.xyz in general.

Hamilton Digital Media Limited publishes puzzle websites, Android games, and printed puzzle books. Some of these are aimed at a general audience, and some — such as Sudoku for Kids and our printable classroom worksheets — are made with younger solvers in mind.

This Website

BrianHamilton.xyz is a company information site. It is not aimed at children, and it is not designed for children to use.

It has no user accounts, no sign-up, no comments, no forums, no uploads, no chat, no payment forms, and no newsletter. It does not run advertising, analytics scripts, affiliate tracking, or cookie-based tracking of any kind. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone through this site except the contact details someone chooses to put in an email to us.

Our Approach Across The Puzzle Network

Our puzzle properties are separate websites, apps, and books, and each one has its own privacy notice or platform listing that applies when you use it. Across all of them, these are the principles we work to:

• Children should be able to play a puzzle without creating an account or handing over personal details.
• We do not ask children for their name, age, address, school, photograph, or contact information in order to play.
• We do not build advertising profiles of children or use children's data for behavioural advertising.
• We do not knowingly sell or share children's personal information.
• Puzzle content aimed at children is kept age-appropriate, with no adult themes, gambling mechanics, or pressure to spend.
• Where a puzzle page or app stores progress, it should stay on the device wherever practical rather than being tied to an identity.

Because each property is different, please read the privacy notice on the specific site or app store listing your child is using. That notice is the one that legally applies to that product.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Android games are distributed through Google Play and our puzzle books are sold through Amazon. Our social channels run on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. These are third-party platforms with their own privacy practices, data collection, advertising, age requirements, and parental controls, none of which we control.

Most of these platforms have a minimum age for account holders, and social platforms in particular are not intended for young children. If a child in your care reaches our puzzle content through one of these services, the platform's own rules and family settings apply as well as ours.

Applicable Law

Hamilton Digital Media Limited is registered in England and Wales. Where UK data protection law applies, we take account of the Information Commissioner's Office Age Appropriate Design Code when a service is likely to be accessed by children. Where the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act applies, our intention is not to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

If we ever became aware that we had collected personal information from a child in a way that was not permitted, we would delete it.

For Parents, Carers, And Teachers

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, or you want to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected]. Please tell us which website, app, or book is involved so we can find the right records quickly.

The same address is the right place to raise anything you think is not suitable for a younger audience: a puzzle that is harder or more frustrating than its labelling suggests, wording that is unclear for children, an image or theme that feels out of place, or an advertisement you have seen on a third-party platform alongside our content.

Classroom And Educational Use

Teachers are welcome to print and use our printable puzzle worksheets in a classroom setting. Printed worksheets involve no data collection at all once they leave the screen, which is often the simplest option where a school needs to avoid pupils using online services directly.
